Our last event

In November 2011, we successfully held the first RARE Forum which was attended by over 75+ entrepreneurs and small business owners.

A summary of the day has been captured via slides, pictures, sketches and tweets and can be seen at:

Business is Personal – 3rd Nov 2011 – Story of The Day

The theme on that day was ‘Business is Personal’ and explored issues surrounding understanding your customers, delivering great service, creating a customer centric business, getting the most out of your people, leadership in this new era, working with Gen Y and Z, and what social technology means for the future of business.

Our Next Event Date tbc 2012 and the Theme of the Day

Building on the theme of the previous event and in view of the challenging economic environment, where earning and keeping the trust and recommendations of our customers is paramount to the success of any business, the theme of the upcoming event will be:

  • Like
  • Trust
  • Try
  • Buy
  • Repeat
  • Refer
